And again:

Let me explain: I am not asking: What is the "correct" way to pronounce this name.
I am only asking: How do you personally pronounce this name?
How do you pronounce "ponderous"?

Sis er oh, like everyone else I've ever heard actually say it (not many admittedly).

When I opened that other poll yesterday, I had completely forgotten about the English way of pronouncing Cicero. :(
As poll options cannot be edited, I opened this new one.
That other poll can be completely wiped away and deleted. :)

I hope some Mod can delete that useless poll.

Without an extra poll - just this question:
Do you pronounce Vasco da Gama in the English way or the Portuguese way?

In Portuguese the name seems to sound this way: "vashku the yama"
