And again:

Let me explain: I am not asking: What is the "correct" way to pronounce this name.
I am only asking: How do you personally pronounce this name?

My answer:

When speaking classic Latin, I say: ki-ke-ro = kih-keh-roh
When speaking English Latin, I say: si-se-ro = sih-seh-roh
When speaking German Latin, I say: tsi-tse-ro - tsih-tseh-roh

May I quote:

Marcus Tullius Cicero was a Roman lawyer, philosopher, rhetorician and statesman who lived from 3 January 106 BC to 7 December 43 BC. Cicero is often considered as Rome's leading orator and writer of prose and had a huge influence on the Latin language.
The correct pronunciation of Cicero in Latin is with a hard "c"; therefore it is pronounced KIH-keh-roh. Cicero is often also pronounced as CHIH-cheh-roh or SIH-seh-roh. The reason for these differing pronunciations is because of the different varieties of Latin used. In Classical Latin, the "c" was pronounced with a hard "c", thus a "k" sound. Most likely KIH-keh-roh is how Cicero's name would have been pronounced during his time, when Classical Latin was spoken. Subsequently, in Ecclesiastical Latin, the "c" was pronounced with a "ch" sound, which is still typical in Italian, therefore pronouncing Cicero as CHIH-cheh-roh

Comment:

Whoever wrote this, forgot the version: sih-seh-roh.

@ Caesar:

In modern English, however, they pronounce Caesar sounded like “Seezer,” which came to them through the French version that sounds like “Cesar.” Meanwhile, Italians pronounce it as “Cesare,” which sounds like “Cheyzar.” It is pronounced “Kaiser” in the German language, while it is “Kaisar” in Byzantine Greek. In Russian, it is commonly pronounced as “Tsezar” but sometimes, “Kesar.”

Some Germans say indeed: "Kai-sar" when they speak Latin.
Like "Kaiser Wilhelm".

as the c = tsh - in Italian words? - like centro?
Sure like Vincenzo or ciao, it's not a tsh it's a ch. Like in church. Tshurtsh doesn't sound right.

I think we would need the international phonetic spelling to avoid mis-understandings :)

The ch is like a kh in German - as in Bach. :)
Ch can be ck, like school or Bach, but that's different than the ch we're talking about.
