I have a Toshiba laptop...but that's all it says on it...Toshiba. The sound on it is soooo soft! I want to Google, but don't know exactly what kind of Toshiba I have. Is there something in the software I can click on to get that information?

BTW, I've checked the control panel, etc., and the sound looks to be set at max...maybe it just has crappy speakers, but...

There should be a data plate on the underside of the computer that should have a model number on it. Plug that into Google and you can get info on it.
