House Intelligence Panel Issues Seven Subpoenas in Russia Probe

The fact you're attempting to make this about me is typical deflection. The link to the actual docs were provided. You're dismissed.

It's not about you, it's about the fact that you never articulated an argument. You just assigned your homework to me by throwing a link without so much as a quote or an explanation.

May I inquire as to who your lawyer is?

I won't ask the retainer cause that is definitely none of my business.

But if you had to ask it means you couldn't afford it.

Actually, I own my own business and have used a very expensive law firm from time to time. Not cheap but he has never lost for me yet. He has often commented that I have done fine on my own but sometimes I need him to intimidate the other side into backing down, which actually saves me money in the long run.

There's been two maybe three threads already plus I gave you every opportunity to catch up, you refused and continue your attempts to make this about me.

I asked you to articulate the argument you alluded to and you neglected to answer that challenge. Your deflections serve as implicit surrender.

Unless your lawyer is moving over to the office of the White House Counsel the post is too much information. Maybe too much period.

Glad to hear you're doing very well though. We know when a business is doing well people say it has a great product, and when it's not going well people say it's lousy ownership and/or management. At the Trump White House it's a rare instance of lousy product and lousy executives.

Flynn is on the ropes and now the Special Counsel Rbt. Meuller has put Paul Manafort into the criminal investigation of the Russian Connection. Looks like this will be the Year of the Subpoena. They're also ordering more orange jump suits at the federal pen in Ft. Leavenworth KS.

It's hard to sort out anymore what is real and what is sour grapes. Republicans did the same thing very effectively to both Obama and Clinton, issuing constant subpoenas, lawsuits, investigations, etc in order to "resist" and now for the Democrats it is payback time. It is the new status quo in Washington, constant litigation in an attempt to stop the majority side from achieving their agenda.

Sorry fenton, but it looks like they're just requesting documents to me. Can you please be more specific and explain what you mean here?

Try this one;

https://www.lawfareblog.com/office-...elligence-releases-fisa-section-702-documents

Better yet Google some source that explains what's in the docs.

Your failure to provide any specifics is noted.

Can't get any more specific than the link I provided.

Would you like me to supply a link that explains the docs and opinion for you ??

You are a dishonest poster.

This is not hard at all. Not in the least bit.

Trump is Putin's bitch.

So Trump put a platoon of corrupt sleazebags to work on meeting Putin's demands and realizing his goals and purposes. Now the platoon are exposed as lying sleazebags. Some of 'em like Kushner and Sessions are documented by U.S. intelligence and counterespionage as meeting with known agents of the Russian state. If Trump's people didn't know it it's because they didn't want to know anything about it. It's beginning to look like Flynn has vital knowledge of it all and that he can be instrumental to putting the Big Bopper back in Faulty Tower where he belongs.

If as FBI is saying everyone is a witness except Trump and given every investigation needs a target Pence can start measuring the drapes any time now. In which case Republicans should be grateful they've got Pence and not Ben Carson.

We'd know anyway the fix was in if the Secret Service took Donald Trump over to 5th Avenue and gave him a gun. And told the diarrhea mouth Rudi Guilliani Potus wanted to meet him there. Cause we know Trump will do anything because he's sure he can get away with everything. Trump is certain he's smarter than the whole world combined. So the gods have already moved on to their discussion of the timing.

Not hard at all for an uber partisan liberal.

You are a dishonest poster.

You never articulated an argument. You can't just debate by googling links and throwing them at people. I'm not going to do your homework for you.

You appear to have no idea how to debate.

This ain't a debate team competition. I know how to discuss topics, apparently you don't.

You post links all the time. The rest of what you post, in your own words, is nothing but an opinion, just like everyone else's. You articulate wrong opinions all the time, in my opinion.

Its not about Bush, its about illegal unmasking for political purposes, something the Left has been saying is bull all along.

The NSA admitted to it and FISA went on to call it a serious 4rth ammendment issue and the NSAs own IG reported that the unmaskings were wide spread and under reported

So, what could be the possible motive be for illegally unmasking American citizens ?
Given the large increase in unmasking during the 2016 calendar year, that a democratic admin was in the White House, what big thing was going on at that time?? Hmmm.

Your dishonest mischaracterization notwithstanding, the person you're defending didn't even offer so much as an opinion even when challenged explicitly to do so.

An awfully dysfunctional way to govern, obstruction through litigation. We should expect and demand better.

My opinion is irrelevant, the FISA courts opinion is not.

We may owe our lives to a back channel with Russia

Lessons from the Kennedy administration show the pitfalls and payoffs of informal diplomacy.

Jared Kushner is not the first member of a presidential family to try to open a back channel with the Kremlin. John F. Kennedy’s brother Robert met secretly with a Soviet intelligence agent named Georgi Bolshakov many times during the Kennedy administration. Their dealings illustrate the shortcomings and dangers of informal high-level diplomacy — but also the potential for breakthrough in a crisis. . . .

Looking forward I am.

To getting the advertised moderate along with the Right part of it that keeps coming on all the time. The Right part of the package tends consistently to come in the heavier dose. Overdose.

The investigations must proceed. The vast majority of Americans say so.

This looks like the Year of the Subpoena. The probability is increasing we'll find out what we need to know. The Right just might have to learn to grin and bear it as the wheel turns. Cause if the Right isn't griping about one thing then it's whinging and whining about something else yet again.

In other words, what you have done to Obama and Clinton, so to shall be done to you.

So, no, you can't quote it?

Already answered, irrelevant.

What is your obsession with making this about me ?? You've been supplied with links and multiple links were supplied in other threads yet you distract.

Neither Obama nor Clinton are in Putin's pocket...nor were they ever Putin operatives.

Trump is conversely in Putin's back pocket. Kissing whatever it is he feels there.

It is a Big Fail to think there is a similarity or equivalency between Republican investigations of the political opposition and the present investigations of Trump and his boyz that are being done by the FBI counter espionage section.

Moreover, Obama did not fire Comey nor did Clinton call for a firing. OB did as I'd pointed out leave Comey to Trump, and wisely so for OB. This potus is instead in the pocket of the KGB successor, which is Putin.

So I'm beginning to see how the states of the Union felt when the states of the Confederacy turned their colors and coats. Which is what some people are doing in the present time vis a vis Russia. And it starts in the Oval Office.

This isn't about you. It's about your failure to articulate an argument. The most you've given me is that a court has an opinion. Can you use words to describe that opinion, or will you continue to fail miserably?
