Not when you are Kristi Noem and you arrive and find that some of the competent dedicated medical professionals you depend on to save your life are foreigners with strange sounding names.

Maybe she will get lucky if she requests that only white medical staff who are 3rd or 4th generation Americans will be permitted to provide her medical care.
