At least watch the video and answer the question before you try to avoid my questions and points. Thanks.
i have seen the video
it does not change my post
sucks to be you, doesn't it
Ha ha, no, I didn't say what I didn't say. extremist, the word, means something. Loughner is what the word means. and, in addition, he is also mentally ill.
By making it a race thing.
one doesn't preclude the other.
Alll that anger, it's not good for your heart, my friend.
You have failed.
So the shooter was an extremist just like they have in the mideast? This is what she claimed "we have the same kind of extremists in my country"...
here is the video
You agree that schizo nutbag is the same as an islamic extremist?
As usual Rev does not understand a thing..
Did you see who she was talking to and do you understand the on going policy by the US government to approach the Arab and muslim world (a policy started by Bush btw)?
No where did she reference those acts of terror you mentioned, that is something you are putting in, and if you can provide an official comment from Hilary Clinton on those two terror acts that clearly state they were not extremists, then by all means do so... would be refreshing if you actually proved your points once in a while.
And are you denying that the terrorist in Arizona is an extremist with extremist views? Did Clinton in ANY way lie or twist the facts on that?
So let me see if I understand this thinking here....
ft. hood shooter, not an extremist
dc snipers, not extremist...
schizophrenic nut bag? Extremist...
Can someone explain this logic to me here? :lamo
That's one of the foundations of PC.
Look it up. Do you have an explanation for why both of the other examples cited in the OP were treated with kid gloves but the AZ shooter is not?

Look what up? I know what the term political correctness means. Do you have real examples of them being "treated with kid gloves"?. Besides I never said extremist was a good way to describe him.
Why is it the people doing all the claiming about politicizing a massacre are doing most of the politicizing?
On November 5, 2009, Maj. Nidal Hasan opened fire at a troop readiness center in Ft. Hood, Texas, killing 13 people. Within hours of the killings, the world knew that Hasan reportedly shouted "Allahu Akbar!" before he began shooting, visited websites associated with Islamist violence, wrote Internet postings justifying Muslim suicide bombings, considered U.S. forces his enemy, opposed American involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan as wars on Islam, and told a neighbor shortly before the shootings that he was going "to do good work for God." There was ample evidence, in other words, that the Ft. Hood attack was an act of Islamist violence.
Nevertheless, public officials, journalists, and commentators were quick to caution that the public should not "jump to conclusions" about Hasan's motive. CNN, in particular, became a forum for repeated warnings that the subject should be discussed with particular care.
"The important thing is for everyone not to jump to conclusions," said retired Gen. Wesley Clark on CNN the night of the shootings.
"We cannot jump to conclusions," said CNN's Jane Velez-Mitchell that same evening. "We have to make sure that we do not jump to any conclusions whatsoever."
"I'm on Pentagon chat room," said former CIA operative Robert Baer on CNN, also the night of the shooting. "Right now, there's messages going back and forth, saying do not jump to the conclusion this had anything to do with Islam."

From wikipedia: "Extremism is any ideology or political act far outside the perceived political center of a society; or otherwise claimed to violate common moral standards"
I don't think it is difficult to see how this applies to both islamic extremists and Jared Loughner. The guy didn't subscribe to any particular political party, but he obviously held an extreme political ideology which led him to kill several people.
i see neither
point them out for us ... especially where she insists that the two actions you allude to are not the actions of extremists
just manufacturing more crap to be angry about because you have nothing else
Alright, I think that's a fair distinction. Can't say I'm crying for Loughner over the inaccurate comparison though.Except that I think this guy will be found to be a paranoid schizophrenic . . . .
He is a sick person and in no way can be compared to an extremist or terrorist who knows what they are doing.
even better, you show us where hillary has indicated those actions were other than extremeWhy don't you end this discussion by showing there she HAS called them extremists...
She is obviously buying into the extremist lines of Olberman and other hyperpartisan frothing at the mouth liberals...

I suggest a perma-ban for Rev. The still shot for this video clearly makes it look like Hillary is rubbing her nips which made me think of her rubbing her nips which made me sick to my stomach just a bit. This kind of overheated rhetoric must not be tolerated!!!!1!
Seriously dude, wtf?
Yes, I'm ever so guilty politicization this event, just read my posts on the issue.
Click this link, it's formated goofy to post here:
DC Sniper and Media Political Correctness

One, I'd say people are reading too much into poor wording on Hillary's part.
Two, yes, people on every side of this are making it into a political thing. Political correctness has nothing to do with what happened, so making it an issue is politicizing it.
And three, I never said it was ok for anyone to jump to conclusions on anything. Was it ok for some groups to jump on the tea party movement? No. That doesn't mean that using discretion in the past was a bad thing, indeed those people were extremists but that wasn't known right away.
You can't claim that other people are making it about politics and then make it about politics.
You are trying to point out that she considered them to be extremists... can't prove a negative, but you could surely prove a positive...
