True but whichever side is in control of the military will win. Sad to say but we've seen it in action in the past, when it didn't matter which side was in power; the backwoods militia/cult would act up, the FBI et al. would surround the cabin and it would not end well for the occupants. Now, the outcome would be totally different based on who is in power and controls the military.

Not true. 70% of republicans have a high school degree + some college compared to 59% of democrats. Actually, in the last presidential election, Republicans and Democrats were finally switched, with a greater percentage of college grads being Democrats than Republicans. It is the Republicans that are the richer and whiter party. That Democrats are more elitist, I would agree, since they have more college grads. The left doesn't have contempt for the blue collar guys, only the traditionalist rural bumpkins who favor "Right to Work" instead of unions.

Yeah, I was so happy when Trump kept insulting the highest leaders of our military. Not that it should matter to them one way or the other, but many of them find him offensive.
