You would think the Secretary of State wouldn't need things easily spelled out to not be incompetent. Any rational person in that kind of position should execute caution with such things and not share or improperly save things unless they knew it was not classified or whatever. Those top secret emails were never marked as TS, so there is no way she knew they were TS. They were found when the intelligence was going through her emails.

This government has structural issues, they need to be addressed and quickly. We're never going to get to that in this atmosphere of partisan idiocy. This is exactly how Rome fell too, exactly this way. The Senators were too busy "negotiating" with each other for perqs, and pretty soon they couldn't pay their soldiers anymore.

The president, whomever s/he is, is going to use "every legal means" available, to accomplish whatever needs to be accomplished, and if the law says it's okay to have your own little private intelligence setup then that's what's going to happen.

No, but when caught they do face the same fines and possibility of jail time according to the specifics of their situation. The Hillary however is a candidate for POTUS and that brings an elevated level of scrutiny.

Not to mention, the POTUS is the highest authority in determining classification. The POTUS's emails are only as classified as the POTUS says they are.
