Not sure what point you are trying to make and how it relates to my post. The issue as far as I am concerned is the exclusive release of the tapes to Tucker. If McCarthy had released them to all media as well as the public I would have no issues with his actions. My view of Tucker and how he will he repreent them is a totally separate issue.

You are mistaken he was interviewed twice under oath. He swore under oath that he was never an FBI agent, not an undercover operative. Wray confirmed that under oath? Then again not sure how you know they never touched it because you claim you never watched it.

This whole rumor started on the internet and was picked up by Tucker with absolutely no substantiating facts. Only his usual quizzical look and suppositions. Epps went on to say his life and that of his family have been hell since this "theory " was made public. He said their lives have been threatened and his grandchildren were unmercifully bullied at school. Not to worry though, Tucker will give you what you want. So what if a family's life has been made a living hell? Tucker lied about the election for ratings and you can be sure your thirst for unsubstantiated theories that reinforce your preferred narrative will be well served by him.

In the footage taken of J6, taken that day (and if I'm remembering correctly, the day before too), Epps was there with his megaphone and a platform, yelling out instructions. It was actual footage - no freaking conspiracy theory. He was more outwardly vocal and involved than any other single person there. That was not a rumor. It was clearly observed, and it was captured by many! Why isn't he in jail, Callen, and why hasn't he ever been in jail - for inciting a riot in a VERY OBVIOUS fashion?
That man has clearly been shielded and protected from any consequences of what he actually did. Why? FBI agent, undercover operative, or just ordinary citizen - WHY?

Epps told people to go to the Capitol on Jan. 5th. He was also illegally on the grounds on Jan. 6th. Thousands of people were illegally on the grounds, and I'm sure others said go to the Capitol. I'm not sure why you think this is meaningful, but what really puzzles me is what you think surveillance video will show. If you think you're going to catch Epps flashing an FBI badge or something, you're going to be disappointed.

The conspiracy theory is that he is an FBI operative. Lots of information of his actions that day have come out. It is very easy to make things look the way you want them to look......we see it all the time. He admits to being there as a Trump supporter who believed the election was stolen. He admits to bring part of the mob. That doesn't make him an FBI operative. Have you seen and heard the tapes where he sees what is unfolding and tries to calm people down, speaks up on behalf on the Capitol police just trying to do their jobs. What have you seen that makes him an operative?

I did some research and the only people who have had charges levied against them either entered the Capitol building, assaulted an officer, were in possession of a weapon or damaged or stole property. By far the majority in attendance that day, even though they chanted and yelled threats were not ultimately charged....hundreds of them. There's just no reason to believe you see it unless I missed your posts complaining about the J6 Committee's selective use of only the videos they wanted you to see.
You had 2 years to vent your frustrations with the J6 Committee operations.

I can also see why the media writ large wants to get their hands on all of the video all of a sudden.
