I thought this video was really on point, and wanted to share it with everyone:

Here is what every single Democrat should only talk to Republicans about. And it should literally only be about Epstein.

If a video came out with Epstein saying, "Hey, I'm best friends with Biden." Would that mean anything to you?

If a video came out with Biden and Epstein chatting it up and laughing along at a party, would that mean anything to you?

If Biden's Secretary of Labor was the same guy who got Epstein off his original charges in like 2004 or whatever, would that mean anything to you?

If Biden was on tv saying we need to release the CIA files, or the JFK files, and I don't know about the Epstein stuff because there might be some innocent people there. Would that mean anything to you?

If Biden had the richest man in the world, who had a side white house gig, that was being sued by every single person in the country for going through every single federal agency over and over again, Elon Musk, and then tweeted out, "By the way, Biden's part of the Epstein files, and that's why, you know, they're trying to kick me out."

Like, any one of these things, any one of these things would power the Biden-Epstein conspiracy for the next two decades. Any one of those things.

Yes, just look at what they made out of Biden attending a fundraising dinner for World Food that was also attended by a business partner of Hunter's. Proof positive Biden lied about his involvement in Hunter's business!!!!!!!

This is the problem when people are so hyper partisan:

They do not care what a Republican does as long as he is not a Democrat.

Period/End of story

So basically, hammer him on issues unrelated to governance meanwhile also hammer him on issues related to governance?

The Democrats will utilize whatever incidents/issues they can to promote themselves and paint the GOP in a bad light.
The Republicans will do the same to the DNC.

None of this is new ....

Yeah but we have an advantage - Trump is a child rapist.

Really? Which children did he rape? Or are you merely channeling Al Taylor for sport?
The names of the victims are always withheld. I don't know what "AI Taylor" is. Do you have something to argue other than naiveté?

Evidently, I have something a bit more than "The names of the victims are always withheld" to offer.

What We Know About Origins of Trump Child Rape Allegations
A viral photo is new, but the claim is old. It's connected to a former producer for "The Jerry Springer Show." -- Alex Kasprak, Snopes, 9/3/2024

I suspect you'll not impugn Snope's reputation for thorough research and debunking misinformation. In my opinion Trump is neither an ethical nor a moral person. There's plenty of evidence tending to support my belief. I need not puff up my belief with unsubstantiated allegations of child rape.

Now if you have a persuasively substantiated claim, then present it. Such a claim would make your allegation something more reliable than a Jerry Springer stunt.

If Trump or any other public official sexually abused children the American people have the right to know about it.

I don't disagree but if your side, and the other side both fail to show you, then what are you going to do about it?

Send a strongly worded letter or gnash your teeth and stomp your feet some more?

Corrupt politicians tend to cover their own asses, they don't give a shit what you want.

You don’t seem to recognize that all of the speculation and controversy that’s happening right now is a direct consequence of Trump’s suspicious actions.

Democrats are not responsible for Trump’s actions. Trump is responsible for his own actions. And it’s his actions that have made people suspicious.

What suspicious activities are those?

The ones where these files were all held by Biden, and Biden's administration ALSO did nothing?

Come on now, be realistic here. At this point the Epstein files are getting into CT territory.

What suspicious activities are those?

President Donald Trump outraged many of his supporters after the Justice Department published an unsigned memo saying it would not release any more documents related to deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. For years, Trump and some members of his administration fanned conspiracy theories about the content of the files.

But in a rapid reversal, some conservative influencers who criticized the Trump administration’s handling of the “Epstein files” are now telling fellow skeptics to move on.

Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI leaders repeatedly said they would release all documents related to Epstein, including a supposed list of clients involved in child sex trafficking.

The department’s July 7 memo caused an uproar among many of Trump’s most ardent supporters.

“I have never seen this done, ever,” Christie said. “The Deputy Attorney General runs the Department of Justice, they don't interview witnesses.”

“When...anyone’s interviewing a witness, you bring at least one agent with you, if not two, so there are a number of people taking notes and there are witnesses there. We've heard nothing about whether Todd Blanche brought anyone with him to verify whatever he's going to report back, as a third independent source. This is highly unusual.”

Christie also asserted that it wasn’t clear whether Blanche had aides or other federal attorneys with him for the conversation with Maxwell, or whether the Trump administration was truly interested in pursuing charges against potential co-conspirators named by sex offender Maxwell

“For building a case-- building a case for what? And against who? She's in jail for 20 years, and her co-conspirator is dead. So what exactly are they doing?”

All of the things Trump is doing with respect to Epstein makes Trump look very suspicious.

Trump’s actions are the kind of actions you take if you’re trying to prevent people from finding out what’s in the Epstein files.

And the impression people have of Trump is a direct consequence of Trump’s actions. This isn’t some controversy generated by “left wing” media. This is a controversy generated by Trump’s actions about an issue his base has always cared about.

The ones where these files were all held by Biden, and Biden's administration ALSO did nothing?

The problem with this argument is that Biden isn’t the President anymore. Trump is the President and Trump’s actions are giving everyone the impression Trump is trying to hide something incriminating and sweep everything under the rug. And again, Trump is responsible for his own actions. This isn’t something being generated by mainstream media. This controversy is solely a result of Trump’s own actions.

Come on now, be realistic here. At this point the Epstein files are getting into CT territory.

This was ALWAYS in CT territory. Trump’s base sustained itself, in large part, on the conspiracy theories related to Epstein. That’s the whole point of this thread! To remind people this issue is something Trump supporters care about.

And the reason why Trump’s political opponents are focusing on Epstein now is because Trump’s behavior, now, makes it look like he’s trying to cover something up.

The suspicions are a direct consequence of Trump’s actions.

Democrats are being realistic. Democrats always thought there wasn’t much to this story. Democrats didn’t care much about this issue until Trump did things that gave Democrats a reason to care about it.

Right?

Almost like he knew he had nothing but it was a popular topic. So he used the popularity to generate support, and now knowing what he knows (which Biden also knew), it's either that it damages both parties fairly equally or it holds nothing of significance. You take your pick.

But expecting some magic bullet that is going to come out and get the bad guy is a fairy tale.

The bad guys are the guys you stump for, they are the ones you (and many others) elect. They are excused, while attempting to vilify the 'other guy'

Here's your sign. They are ALL the bad guys.

No, I’m picking a third option.

I’m picking there’s something in the files that incriminates Trump and that is the reason why Trump is not releasing the information.

That’s my pick. And it’s a reasonable inference given Trump’s continued strange behavior.

Yep. Exactly. That's the CT started by Trump, endorsed by QAnon and the internet MAGAsphere. Trump said he would release the files to incriminate all the pedophile Democrats.

Now he looks like he's hiding something, just like he's accusing Biden of doing.

Come on now, be realistic here. At this point the Epstein files are getting into CT territory.
Getting into? :ROFLMAO:

The only thing I know with absolute certainty is that Trump’s actions are suspicious.

Oh noes. Democrats are not going to talk to us if we dont let them determine what is discussed. Oh well, talk among yourselves then

I immediately recognized what you wrote as being part of the list of standard defenses Trump supporters give.

The argument you’re giving here is pure, unmitigated whataboutism, and it’s pure cope. It’s pathetic. Your response is pathetic.

“Trump didn’t do it.”

“Okay, fine, maybe he did it, but if he did it then it wasn’t illegal.”

“Okay, fine, fine, whatever, he did it, and it was illegal but everyone else does it so it’s no big deal.”

The ugly truth you refuse to confront is that Trump is the President and it’s his actions as President that are making people suspicious he is trying to cover something up. And there is nothing that changes this fact. There is no bad thought you might have about Democrats that changes the fact that Trump is the one refusing to release the information, especially the information related to him personally. And until he does make the information public, and if he does pardon Maxwell, everyone will always suspect he did something wrong, and their bad impression of Trump will be justified. And this will be true no matter what anyone else may have or may have not done.

This is now on Trump. All of it. He is now responsible for this controversy, how it plays out, what people learn about it. All of it. And if it were actually true, what you allege, that this was just an excuse to get elected and there was nothing there, he’d immediately release the information, but he’s not, and he won’t.

Oh noes. Democrats are not going to talk to us if we dont let them determine what is discussed. Oh well, talk among yourselves then

You guys can interact however you want. We have no control over that. But if the situation were reversed you all would be screaming bloody murder about Biden trying to cover this up, not 24/7, but 25/8.

Watch the video in the op again.

This is the only thing you’d be talking about. It would be wall to wall Epstein coverage on right wing media.

Every other thread on this forum would be about how Biden was a pedo and how he was trying to cover everything up.

And you can’t sit there and tell me that’s not true.
