This is typical of political language now days. The Trump administration has devastated this country with a deadly pandemic, unemployment and lynchings.

Ok, the unemployment obviously results from the lockdowns. The lockdowns result from the pandemic. The pandemic results from the Trump administration? And Trump caused lynchings?

Don't assume (as usual) that I am a Trump supporter, because I am not. I am a wonderstruck observer of the current political discourse.
