If I hear about paying respects to men who died for our "freedumb" one more time I'm going to barf up my innards.
Memorial day has become nothing but a day of jingoism and glorifying a foreign policy conducted for the benefit of Halliburton and other multinational corporations.
And what makes it worse is that a lot of feauxgresives who understand what US policy is really about will always say "b-b-b-b-b-b-but we need ta respect the dead". The whole spectacle makes me ill.
