To date, Donald has signed 196 executive orders. You can see them all here;
www.federalregister.gov
FIVE have the word "Emergency" in the title. Needless to say, there have been no national emergencies in 2025.
ONE has the work "Woke" in the title. Yes it actually says the word "Woke".
NINE have the word "Tariff" in the title. I expected more, as many times as he has flip-flopped on tariffs, rates, countries, dates. etc. (Now that they are illegal, what will the next one say?)
One has this title: "Lowering Drug Prices by Once Again Putting Americans First" Really? Are they 1500% lower yet?
One in particular, the one titled "Zero-Based Regulatory Budgeting To Unleash American Energy" sounds like its puts a sunset clause into every single regulation that applies to energy.
It is described thus: “Conditional Sunset Date” means the date a regulation will cease to be effective and be removed from the Code of Federal Regulations, if the agency does not extend the Sunset Date pursuant to section 4(d) of this order.
So every single regulation has to be 'extended' in order to remain valid? A bureaucracy to end all bureaucracies.
Of course there is one titled "Maintaining Acceptable Water Pressure in Showerheads". Because, well Donald has a thing about this. (How embarrassing that this is a presidential executive order...)
One is called "Addressing Risks From Paul Weiss" which is a law firm. This can't be normal, can it? There are a few more of those.
"And then you have a president that signs executive orders because he can't get anything done. I'll get everybody together." - Donald J Trump, 2016.
Apparently Trump thought that the use of EOs was an indicator that a president was weak.
Is Donald unable to get anything done? He has the White House, a compliant Congress, an agreeable SCOTUS. What can't he get any legislation done?
Why are you so weak, Donald?
