According to Donald Kamala Harris has declined the Fox debate he arranged without even checking with her campaign.

His rant above is a bit of a strategic error in that he revealed his hand as to the approach he'll take at the ABC debate on September 10.

That's ok.
The Harris had assumed the ABC debate was still on even after Biden dropped out without checking with the Trump campaign.
 
Good. faux isn't news, and it would have been a Trump rally masquerading as a debate. This means that she has common sense and at least decent advisors.

If this is accurate, it’s a pretty chickenshit move by Harris.

Didnt Biden and CNN agree to a debate that Trump wasnt part of a negotiation for? Trump accepted. What is Harris afraid of? Tough questions?

Thats not how things work. That was an offer. She never accepted the offer.

They will have a debate on September 10 (maybe - assuming Trump doesn't stroke out beforehand). There will be a VP debate in October.

Biden dropped out, stay focused.

If I am not party to negotiations for something, I am not going to accept the terms unless it is something that benefits me. A Fox debate does not benefit Harris. End of story.
 
There’s already a debate on Sept 10th, would be stupid to also have one on Sept 4th. Debates aren’t scheduled that close to each other.

No one said it was an ambush. I'm simply saying Harris has no reason to accept a debate just because her opponent does. Trump had already accepted the ABC debate, with the only change being the opponent. Nothing else changed.

Thats ok. As I pointed out, Ms. harris accepted an offer that was not extended to her earlier.

It sure is and I was expecting this. Her chickenshit is coming through loud and clear. It really has all the trademarks of the Biden basement campaign and based on the way her Friday (scripted) economic speech went, I think they'll keep her tightly monitored and even her "on script" speeches will be more rally style with a heavy avoidance of policy.
