No, but arming trained faculty members is a good idea.
And carrying in college should be allowed by students who have valid carry permits.

Kids used to be armed in school. They took their guns to school for gun club. Besides, I am referring to instructors and staff.

Remember he thinks that anyone that carries a gun is going to turn into a psychopath, head for their nearest school, and shoot the place up.
