That’s because the US has systematic issues with police brutality, as the George Floyd murder demonstrates. And refusal to address those issues leads to protests. Deal with it.

First of all yes, a genocide seem to be happening again in Darfur, but the RSF is not a Jihadist/ Islamist group, they are a militia group that is more about ethnic Arabic hegemony. In the 2019 coup against the civilian government of Sudan they supported the military coup, and were hired by the military government to crack down on pro- democracy protests. Since then however the RSF (that is now backed by the Wagner Group) had a fallout with the army. This led to Civil War in Sudan (which is ongoing). And this led to the RSF that is a continuation of the militias responsible for the last genocide in Darfur now trying to secure their power in Darfur by ethnically cleanse the Masalits. The Masalits are by the way also Muslims.

Another thing is... Sudanese Arabs, many of them are what we in the West would call black. There are Sudanese Arabs with lighter skin too, skin color does not really decide whether you are Arab or not. It's whether your language is Arabic and you identify as Arab.
