He may not have been able to get into her server, but that's beside the point. She is still being investigated for how classified emails ended up on her server. Whether he was able to hack that server or not does not bear at all on whether Clinton broke the law and will be charged. According to the FBI, we will have an answer in less than a month.

As per articles today Guccifer has changed his plea , initially pleading not guilty now he had a change of plea hearing today I guess and pled guilty to two charges.
