That’s why CA Governor Jerry Brown led initiatives to incorporate undocumented residents into our systems; special licenses, and state funded health services (given the number of immigrants in food services) for two. Many are going to be driving anyway, and employers show no signs of slowing their hiring from this pool of workers.
