Ever so careful to avoid the "third rail" that Trump has become in Georgia politics, Gov. Kemp finally released a pro Walker campaign. I will say that after listening to the ad, it sounds much more obligatory than anything else. To say that Kemp's heart wasn't in it, is an understatement to say the least.

He just lost any 'non-traitor trump' credibility.

I don't think it's going to help walker. This is what the gop gets for pushing forward such an unqualified person.

How embarrassing for him.

He only did it because he thought it would piss off Stacey Abrams even more. And it worked!

Ehh. Stacey Abrams deflections aren't as interesting as a good Hunter Biden one... but it's a deflection... and it's decent... so it counts. Stacey Abrams is at the top of the leaderboard for the moment. Congrats.

Do we have a MAGA here who wants to one-up @lemmiwinx with a stronger deflection?

And proves himself to be the whack-job he pretended he wasn't.

A very small Stacey Abrams deflection could end up saving the Earth from total annihilation
by a future unseen asteroid. Who knows?

And there's a good chance he sold his soul for nothing, as things are leaning towards Warnock. (fingers crossed)

Kemp has no self respect ...... just like most radical right wingers. Just sit back and take orders and ..........
let the fake republican movers and shakers make a fool of the worshippers.

That's bad news. Kemp doesn't owe the party anything.

Everyone knows that Mr. Walker is toast.

This is 2022 Georgia.

It is now at least a purple state.

The Dems will now have a lock on the Senate.

(Too bad the fabulous Kari Lake was not the Republican candidate. Her articulate and elegant and beautiful style would have wowed many voters.)

Georgia Lt. Gov. Duncan rightly calls Walker one of the worst candidates the GOP has ever offered the public:

"This wasn't the right brand for Republicanism," he continued to say, "and I think Herschel Walker will probably go down as one of the worst candidates in our party's history.

At least he had enough conscience not to vote directly for Walker, even if he couldn't bring himself to vote against him:

"I was one of those folks who got in line and spent about an hour waiting, and it was the most disappointing ballot I've ever stared at in my entire life since I started voting," he told the network. "I had two candidates that I just couldn't find anything that made sense to put my vote behind. So I walked out of that ballot box, showing up to vote but not voting for either one of them."

If Walker wins the Trumplican GOP will happily take the Senate seat, regardless of how poorly it reflects on them. A win Trumps all ethical concerns.
