For all you warmers who LOVE to look down your noses at us with your "climate versus weather" teflon arguments......

I give you Al Gore:

Gore Attaches Global Warming as Cause to Last Weekend's Storm in Northeast
Former vice president points toward weather events as evidence of climate change during 'strategy conference call' for supporters.

If there’s a drought – it’s global warming. When there’s a hurricane – it’s global warming. If there are heavy snows or even blizzards – it’s somehow global warming. And amazingly, the latest round of rainy and windy weather in the Northeast, well that’s consistent with this phenomenon as well, so says former Vice President Al Gore.

Gore, the self-anointed climate change alarmist-in-chief, told supporters on a March 15 conference call that severe weather in certain regions of the country could be attributed to carbon in the atmosphere – including the recent rash of rainy weather.

“[T]he odds have shifted toward much larger downpours,” Gore said. “And we have seen that happen in the Northeast, we’ve seen it happen in the Northwest – in both of those regions are among those that scientists have predicted for a long time would begin to experience much larger downpours.”

Rains or drought, snow or no snow, hurricanes or no hurricanes....it's global warming!

This is a man who built over $100 million in personal worth over this hoax, and who is trying to re-stoke this fire so as to not lose the millions more he's got riding on it.

What an in-depth and intelligent, non-biased article about climate change from Jeff Poor of the Business and Media Institute.

I'm sure he knows the subject.

(edit: and why does a Business organization hire a guy named Poor? :rofl

Gore said what Gore said. Keep spinning.

I wasn't spinning anything. The point I was (sorta) making was that this Mr. Poor isn't exactly qualified to state that Gore is actually wrong.

Okay, you obviously lack wisdom on this here point. When ever oen of us "warmer denialist" makes a thread, mostly because it's funny, about say some AGW Rally being frozen out by cold weather, certain posters here scream "It's weather not climate!!" at us.

Hell, I've even had morons try to tell me that my work, training and experience as a Naval Meteorologist doesn't matter in these discussions because "Weather and climate are compltely different".

So anyway, the OP is poking fun at the lefties that sceam weather is not climate!!!

Al Gore is so awesome. I love it when it speaks publicly, because it always backfires on him. I guess that's what happens when a person simply cannot tell the truth.
