Or that just because they understand what that term actually means. Something I have pointed out to you many times before that you lack. After all, you don't even know what conservative means.

I want to apologize in my reference toward Marine and Navy Pride. I was very immature and out of character, it will not happen again.

Sometimes, it's difficult to read so many views based on what I find inappropriate. This is America, and I'm not President Bush; you gentlemen deserve your constitutional rights.

No one forced me to apologize; I should have been more fair and noble.

One again, I apologize.

I don't hate; all actions can be explained. The Military poses a purpose. I rather give every day Americans and our guest that continues to keep our country up right, no matter the evil-ness within political and social powers, credit.

I live by codes and values. I live by being honest and not by the hunt for blood and greed. I expect too much from weak Americans. I realize force is needed, in order to better serve this great country. But, I cannot sit back as the military and government fail to stand forth, and eliminate any and all forces that wish to destroy how this country was formulated.

We all live by regulations and codes. When situations are visionable, those codes and regulations are still within us, no matter the force in front.

No, matter the force in front, Americans must combat in solidarity and without doubt. Too much doubt, to conclude if the force we thought was valid, is indeed such.

I just want America and Americans to live prolonged and emulate positive empowerments.

Washington Whispers: GOP voters: like a rock
By Paul Bedard

Many Democrats may hate the war in Iraq and itch to dump the president, but a new GOP survey shows that Republican base voters stand ready to jam the November polls to return their team to Congress. A three-page-survey memo obtained by Washington Whispers reveals that despite reports of some dissatisfaction with the economy, the war, and President Bush, 81 percent of Republican voters are "almost certain" to vote and an additional 14 percent say they are "very likely." It goes without saying that they'll vote Republican: By a margin of 84 percent to 6 percent, they will pull the GOP toggle switch in the voting booth. And here is something you don't hear very often: 88 percent of Republicans approve of how the prez is handling his job.

>>>>>

It's gonna be a fun election year....

Interesting story.....problem is it leaves out the fact that the conservative base is abandoning the republican party and creating their own because Bush and the neocons have failed to live up to the agenda of the conservatives. 84% of a dwindling following will still leave them shy in November...IMHO...and prayers!!!

But you're right..it is going to be interesting...

God I hope a true conservative base (NP this means a REAL conservative not your definition) retakes control of the republican party. Then maybe I'd have somebody to vote for.

Actually the Conservative base is solidly behind the president..........Its some moderates and independents that are moving away from him.........

Your problem though is President Bush is not running for president again so your hatred for him does not meat squat.....He already kicked your butt in 2000,2002, and 2004........The guys you need to start hating now are McCain and Juliani because one of them is going to kick your butt in 2008...........

Perhaps, as a Liberal, an individual should start hating the Democratic Party.

Since 1969, there have been 5 Republican Presidents and only two Democratic ones. This comes to 28 years of Republican sponsership versus only 12 years of Democratic sponsership. Beginning with the loss of control of the House of Representatives in the mid-term election in Clinton's first term, progressively, over the next six years the socialist-Lib-Dems lost control of the Senate. During the next four years, the Republicans continued to increase their margin in both the House and Senate. This is despite the fact that registered Democrats outnumber registered Republicans. They are out of ideas and are reduced to single pointed strategies. There strength is to merely criticize while refraining from offering alternatives. Say all they want about the Republican Paryt, but, they seem to win.

Perhaps hating success is no longer the answer.

Another interesting point about Repubican and Democrat presidents is if Ross Perot had not run in 1992 and taken votes away from Bush Senior we would have never heard of Bill Clinton or Hillary and there wouild have only been 1 democratic president in the time frame you mentioned...........

Something to ponder..........

Oh for the love of PETE navy pride! How many times am I going to have to go over with you what conservative meens? How old are you? I'm sure you're out of grade school by now and can understand basic concepts so why is it that you are failing to grasp that simple one? :Sigh: Alright, one more time. But a quicky this time!

Conservative =/= Religeous or Republican or Strong Military
Conservative = Small Govt, STRICT adherence to original intent of BOTH the founding fathers and the constitution. Upholding current laws while resisting the creation of new ones that limit the freedoms that the founding fathers left for us.

I am conservative. Hard for you to belive I know, probably because I don't run around yelling "PRAISE JESUS!!" and all of that nonsense. Its sad that you want to be part of this club but yet you don't even know what we do. Probably because we're the cool kids  Well you can't come in as long as you keep using our name on this forum and trying to skew what we believe for your own purposes. Maybe in a couple of years though when you grow up?
