GOP supporters, do you support this kind of bad manners or is it ok to blatantly snub the vice president of america?

Was it okay for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House to make a public show of tearing up her copy of a president's speech during a State of the Union speech? Using your logic the democrat party certainly disrespects the Executive Branch.
You are indeed correct, it was a bad showing on her part.

Anyone who supports the GOP and/or voted for trump, all offend my sensibilities.
Would you shake hands with Trump? I wouldn't. Can't stand him.

MAGAworld tries to defend Nebraska senator’s husband after he refuses to shake hands with Harris: ‘He had a cane!’

Members of the MAGAworld have defended a Nebraska senator’s husband for brazenly snubbing Kamala Harris when he refused to shake the vice president’s hand.

Republican Deb Fischer’s husband, Bruce Fischer, was by her side while she was sworn into her third term in the US Senate by Harris on January 3.

But when the vice president congratulated them both and extended her hand, Fischer’s husband, who was holding a bible in his left hand and a cane with his right, briefly glanced up at Harris and muttered, “thank you.” The senator took the bible from him, freeing up his left hand but instead, he put it in his pocket and continued to look down. Harris raised her eyebrows and shook off the snub with an uncomfortable smile as the group posed for an awkward photo.

Is this another example of how a good christian behaves. Which of jesus' teachings was he following in that encounter? Love thy neighbor as thyself? Hypocrites, flag waving, religion spouting hypocrites.
He absolutely should of shook her hand back. It was petty and rude. I am embarrassed for his Rino wife.

To be fair, I didn't know he had a cane in his right hand, and that might explain this, at least quite a bit.
And I'll meet you in the middle and say that if it was truly a snub (refusal to shake her hand), that was wrong and he should be better than that.

Me too, why is she a RINO? Because she doesn't walk lock step with the party? You guys loved manchin for the same exact thing.

He certainly should have shaken her hand, especially after such an historic achievement. She was not only the first woman, but the first person of color to certify her own resounding loss and rejection by the American people.

Congrats, Kamala!
(And please, shake her hand!)

It's not that she does not vote lock in step with the party but more about the things she votes for. She is a big government big spender. She is what I call a progressive Republican. She should have been primaried out of her seat. Regardless of how I feel about her, her husband should of shook the VPs hand for the sake of his wife. It was a classless move. He diminished the moment.

First off, you shake hands with your right hand, not your left and second, I tend not to shake hands with people that steal my Bible.

Just cause she's black she must be a thief?

Help me out, please. She is a big spender, of course she is, all Republicans are when they are in power compared to the Democrats, it's an historical fact.

Some people have trouble putting on face for the camera's. If they dislike someone it shows, personally if I don't like you, don't expect me to act like I do.

Politicians and others in the spotlight don't have that type of luxury but 'married to' politicians might.

Not all but I do concede that many are even though they run on claiming they are fiscal conservatives. That lie by them is at least in part why they are called rinos.

Apparently having manners and respect for something is gone.
To be completely honest, if I was in a situation where I would have to shake hands with Trump I'd definitely have a negative visceral reaction, regardless of any due respect for either everyday manners or the office of the presidency.

Then the vast majority of republicans are rino's. Check out the book by a long time Republican strategist called, it was all a lie.

You're really reaching on this. Your indignation rings hollow and selective.

I'm not a GOP supporter. However I think it is everyone's right to'snub' whoever he chooses. If I felt like it I might even snub you and all who identify as 'progressives'. 'Progressive' has gradually come to mean intolerant, rigid and self-important.
Intolerant, rigid, and self-important is exactly what describes a person who refuses to shake the Vice President’s hand. And, as Allan stated, classless.

The Republican habit of displaying childish hate for Democrats has gone too far, and if these people think they are leaders in any way, they should act like adults and leaders.

He certainly should have shaken her hand, especially after such an historic achievement. She was not only the first woman, but the first person of color to certify her own resounding loss and rejection by the American people.

Good losers are better than sore winners. I mean, she could have whinged endlessly about her loss since November.
:)

Yes I would say the majority of Republicans in Congress are Rinos. I think they are mad that they won all 3 houses because it makes it harder for them to blame Democrats for failing to advance conservative items. All eyes are on them.

You mean when Trump refused to shake Pelosi's hand?
Exactly. Decorum in those chambers and politics in general have long since deteriorated. Which is why this thread is funny.

Dude is still a ****ing prick.
