We only know there is not sufficient evidence to bring charges consistent with federal standards. As conspiracy and obstruction are each hard crimes to prove, we only know there is no slam dunk case against Trump (which is the federal standard). Saying crimes were committed (though obstruction appears to be debatable) is really only wishful thinking, because you really don't know. Obstruction, as a practical matter, is a crime of impeachment in this case, which would a political matter.

What is the bigger issue, however, is the President's overall behavior, which appeared quite inappropriate on both fronts. We will just have to see what the actual report has to say and then what the "People" have to say once that report is in the public domain.

That all said, Trump's biggest threat is not the collusion, its the extent to which he his beholden to Russia largely because of financial entanglements. That will be something that the USA-SDNY or the NYAG will be telling us later.
