All the hysteria and the hyperbole were simply to rally the base. They never had any intention of actually doing anything on it....it was nothing more than political grandstanding.

:lamo Math is not your friend here. Obamacare was to address the supposed 40 million uninsured/underinsured. Even IF Obamacare reached that lofty goal, there were 260 million people who were insured who are now looking down the barrel of the negative effects of this turd.

But they refused to testify regarding POTUS or FLOTUS involvement. So, like Al Capone, he was got on what we could absolutely prove.

Being in power is not the same thing as governing. Having a job is not the same as doing it well. Republicans in congress and the white house have not undertaken the responsibility to govern in decades. They have, at best, jockeyed for more power, but not used it to accomplish anything beneficial to the nation. It is not the job of either party to obtain complete power and dictate the country. It is the job of both parties to work together to sustain and improve the nation. Republicans have shown no interest in that in a very long time.
