He can win from a prison cell as long as a) Republicans engage his odd/offensive statements as if they are legitimate statements AND b) he's not in a head-to-head matchup quickly, where the candidate can launch a "basement campaign" a la Joe Biden.

Hutchinson, at least he is talking about what used to matter to Republicans, size of the federal government. Pipe dream, but at least he mentioned it.
 
So far I'm liking Pence & Haley's performance the best. DeSantis & Vivek just come across weird
