I'm surprised no threads yet of federal unions being disassembled.
All Government employees should realize that the process of collective bargaining, as usually understood, cannot be transplanted into the public service. It has its distinct and insurmountable limitations when applied to public personnel management. The very nature and purposes of Government make it impossible for administrative officials to represent fully or to bind the employer in mutual discussions with Government employee organizations. The employer is the whole people, who speak by means of laws enacted by their representatives in Congress. Accordingly, administrative officials and employees alike are governed and guided, and in many instances restricted, by laws which establish policies, procedures, or rules in personnel matters.
It's a Republican peasant's duty to protect the wealth of their rich Republican masters. After all....rich Republicans are their intellectual and moral superiors and they know what is best for their sorry dirt poor asses. The government can be just as terrible and abusive of an employer as the private sector.
Cheering on the erosion of labor rights is very weird.

Pathetic SUCKERS....all of them.
The problem is the unions, most anyway, have become the problem. The government can be just as terrible and abusive of an employer as the private sector.

Unions have done great things for this nation in the past. Now most of them abuse their power.Hating on unions is something that will never understand
Where?Unions have done great things for this nation in the past. Now most of them abuse their power.
I have it.The problem is the unions, most anyway, have become the problem.
What ever happened to "Union Pride?"
I know nothing about that craft. Maybe it hasn't become power hungry like most do.I have it.

And you can't wait for us to return to the days before unions. Because you think we'll get to keep all the goodies they got us. You are naive.Unions have done great things for this nation in the past. Now most of them abuse their power.

No, I just want the unions to actually represent all workers. Not empower themselves. Not protect the workers that need to be fired. And you can't wait for us to return to the days before unions. Because you think we'll get to keep all the goodies they got us. You are naive.
They don’t.No, I just want the unions to actually represent all workers. Not empower themselves. Not protect the workers that need to be fired.
The government is just as capable of being a terrible and abusive employer as the private sector can be.There should be no federal unions. People who work government should consider it a privileged job. Federal employee unions are negotiating with politicians, and that makes for corruption.
That is not my viewpoint. I agree wages and benefits cannot keep, but that is because we sold our soul to China. We have been losing family wage union jobs in manufacturing because we cannot compete with China and other trading partners. that is a different issue altogether.Where are these power hungry unions?
Labor has been losing out to the oligarchy for decades and the plebes cheer it on.
Yeah....all 3 of them.Unions have done great things for this nation in the past. Now most of them abuse their power.
Maybe they shouldn't have pissed so many people off.Yeah....all 3 of them.
This ain't the 1970s, dude....you have no idea what you are saying, like most topics. Unions are an endangered species.
Or maybe you shouldn't be so easily manipulated.Maybe they should have pissed so many people off.

America was best when it's union membership was highest. Everything an American could want or need was proudly Made in America. Made in Japan was a euphemism for cheap junk.Maybe they shouldn't have pissed so many people off.
Why would unions bother you? Did you lose a job to a better qualified union worker?I'm surprised no threads yet of federal unions being disassembled.
Not for fans of "Trumpscum" it isn’t.The government can be just as terrible and abusive of an employer as the private sector.
Cheering on the erosion of labor rights is very weird.
I'm guessing that he couldn't get accepted into a union and has been bitter ever since.Or maybe you shouldn't be so easily manipulated.

Instead of the CEO at his company making only 300 times as much as @Lord of Planar and the other suckers at his company, the CEO made only 290 times as much. Why would unions bother you? Did you lose a job to a better qualified union worker?
