Here in Scotland just now, an advertising campaign that promotes Atheism on Scotland yeserday, upto 800 buses bearing the slogan

Yup, it's in response to Christian slogans that led you to a website that declared anyone that didn't follow their particular brand of Christianity was going to burn in hell.

Given a choice between the two, I find the atheist message far less distasteful.

Cephus thanks m8,all the best in life to you, over and over and over again.

my kindest Regards to U

How would you feel if I told you, via thousands of public advertisements, that you had no father?

But I do have a father. I can prove it even.

 Now you know how I feel, personally, about atheists. But do you think most people would feel the same way? You know who I'm talking about: the overly sensitive "sheeple".

I've never had an atheist knock on my door trying to convert me. I've never seen them leave pamphlets in restrooms at places that don't allow solicitation. Where are these atheists that are telling you this?

Gee, aren't we discussing advertisements on public buses?

I'll tel you what though, Mr. Not Before But Now Sensitive, the next time some guy knocks on your door trying to "shine the light" on you, just do what I do and tell him that you're not interested, then as the atheist advertisement says on the buses, "stop worrying and enjoy your life".

I know I wouldn't care because I KNOW I have a father. Or at least a guy who used to claim me on his tax returns, which amounts to the same thing anyway.

Why would I care what a misinformed person put on a billboard?

Hmm, they've already got the media doing their advertising, seems like a waste of money to me.
