If God were to reveal himself, what would you expect to see?

A Jesus-like figure floating in the air surrounded by white light energy and angels, speaking to everyone telepathically? Or something more enormous, like the universe trembling at his presence, while the stars go dark and the entire earth shakes?

What would it take for you to finally say "Oh wow, no doubt, that's God!"

I don't know, but if you did, you wouldn't want to blink.

Read Job, he's not in the thunder or the earthquake, he's in the still small voice.

Read Bhagavad-gita where Krishna reveals his universal form.

God appears in many different forms.

So far we had two Avatars (Christ and Caitanya) and one Teacher, we expect three more Teachers and then Four Avatars beginning in 2000 years, what do you think we will see next?

In 162,000 years Kaulki will come, what will be His mood?

Will our good behavior save us miscreants from his sword?

Yuga Avatars take us through four seasons to tomorrow, in five-million years, when the meridians align, and it is too late for any Teacher or Avatar to come and start any work, the final Convergence is 10.5 years, Christ returning midweek.

In a thousand Years, the second convergence hosts the third Teacher and in another thousand years, the First Avatar appears after the Convergence.

Then the LORD said, “Go out and stand on the mountain before the LORD. Behold, the LORD is about to pass by.”

And a great and mighty wind tore into the mountains and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind.

After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake.

12After the earthquake there was a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire.

And after the fire came a still, small voice.

God tends not to be what people expect.

I would expect the experience of a god revealing itself to me to be like something I've never imagined, or possibly could have imagined.

Nothing, I am an atheist 😜

I get the feeling people are going to be shocked when they find out.

I suspect it will both be completely shocking and completely familiar at the same time.

I'll tell you what I believe it to be... that god is all of us and we're all god. That doesn't mean that there isn't a godhead or first person (Jesus) but he made himself equal to us on the cross. Notice how we currently exist in a system where nobody really controls anyone's will?

In the lens of Christianity that tends to be the more gnostic view (and is somewhat adopted by the Orthodox churches as well).

God the Father is Yahweh' which has been interpreted as “He Who Makes That Which Has Been Made” or “He Brings into Existence Whatever Exists.”

The Father (supreme being) becomes Jesus as part of Elohim (plural in form but understood in the singular), meaning “God.”

I think?

I would consult a scholar. I personally am not sure and never care for these kinds of technicalities.

I have absolutely no idea, but if this abstract exists and if it wants me to be aware of its existence, then it should know (according to those who claim to know) how to present itself to me in order to convince me of its existence.

Simply, we're just bodies and it's God's life force that animates us. Our personalities are our souls that get revived

I guarantee when God awakens within you, whether you're dead or alive, you will most certainly know it.

Yeah, I've been hearing similar claims all my life, but no one really knows if any of it is actually true.

Some may know but not have the ability or permission to reveal it. It would interfere with people's individual development.

I think you are now more steering into Hinduism.

That's a good one! I've not heard that one yet, however, no one really knows if any of it is true.

We don't know what others have experienced, we're not in their heads.

You cannot possibly guarantee that. That would mean that you have certain knowledge of god, which is impossible.

What animates all other living things beside human beings?
