So f-ing stupid. Of course there isn't gender equality in healthcare. One gender requires more during their life than the other. Its not equal because, well....its not equal.

Excuse me, auto insurance premiums are rated. Bad drivers pay more than good drivers, risky drivers pay more than less risky drivers.

Well yes, but the policies still have to meet state minimums. The problem with federal laws is that they automatically narrow the field, and create a one size fits all approach.
