Get a better candidate, the right claims about Harris.

You live in Nevada, I live in flori-duh, correct me all you wish since you don't live in the south.
 I'm agreeing with you.

People say y'all out here. Lots of people. Doesn't matter. I spent enough time in Texas to know that the term for "everyone" is "all y'all." Do they not say "all y'all" in Florida?

Both are said, it depends on the person. I have been living here for thirty five years, the natives are now few and far between from when I first arrived. I learned dinner time is lunchtime at work, over yonder is where you aren't and supper is the evening meal, along with cooter and perckerwood and a few others.

Trump absolutely made that case against Kamala.
I was pretty detached from this election, but I don't recall Harris appearances at multiple townhalls and think that Harris didn't get out there to meet and talk to the American people enough. And on "The View," she answered the question with what she would do differently than Biden, and she replied, "Not a thing that comes to mind." https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...-lost-2024-presidential-election/75687964007/

It's still "It's the economy, stupid." Don't tell me the economy is in great shape when grocery prices have doubled and more.

Hard to do when there are 25 new TRRRUUUUMMMPP!!!!!!!! post an hour here.
Part of being in the "cool" crowd is spending endless hours on an obscure forum dedicated to Trump Hate trying to post more Trump Hate than the other cool Trump Haters. What they actually do is end up copying each other's Trump Hate ad infinitum. It gives meaning to their pointless, insignificant lives. Now they are now cool in the eyes of other cool Trump Haters.

Grocery prices haven't doubled, and the economy is in great shape by any metric. Inflation was covid caused, supply driven, and Biden's policies created jobs while avoiding a recession, all ending with inflation back down into target range.

The inflation rate for groceries (food at home) is only 1.1%.

2022 peaked at 10.4% for the year. Cumulative inflation is steep, but transitory inflation is self-correcting. Supply chains take time to reopen. This article explains the phenomenon from an economic, rather than political standpoint.

Trump, convicted felon.

Convicted in a blue state on bulllshit charges that will be overturned on appeal and that were used for election interfernce as part of a broad Democrat criminal conspiracy to deprive the American people of their preferred candidate.

Everyone associated with it should be tried and convicted now that Trump is president.

Harris, attorney general of California and prosecutor and vice president of america.

An AG who was slammed for withholding evidence, attempting to keep people locked up for cheap slave labor and who was the most unpopular VP in modern history because she was ineffective at everything she claimed to touch while speaking and acting like a functioning alcoholic.

She is literally the pure personification of Democrat lawfare. You're incompetent so you lock up anyone or persecute any organization that would state that the Emperor has no clothes.

This election wasn't about the candidates, it was about us, the American citizens and we failed each other because of our hatred for one another that these politicians bring to the table. Harris constantly talked about we the American people and ways to better our lives. Trump talked nothing but negative, how he is going to get his revenge on any and all of his perceived enemies and we elected the hater. Sad how so many people seem to be of the same cloth.

No the election was about candidates and both Biden and Harris were bad. Democrats stopped any and all primary actions, discussions or anything else that would reveal that point. They could have had an open convention and gotten a better candidate along with an open primary. They prevented all of that.

Not only did they prevent that, they've done this several times now. They basically blocked Bernie multiple times, bought off all the other candidates in 2020 right before Super Tuesday with positions and projects for their home states and so on.

Democrats are not going to have a great candidate because they do not trust their voters.

Uh huh. What case? She's a socialist, communist, Marxist? God, the stuff you people believe that comes out of the mouth of a pathological liar.
I didn’t say I believed it. I said he made the case.

You can present all the graphs you please, but this won't change what I have seen with my own eyes at the grocery store, including the availability issues and reduced number of choices.

But a question for you: How long have you been the primary groceries shopper in your family?

A dog turd should have easily received more votes than Crooked donnie trump.

Literally: a dog turd would be preferable. Biden was one of the better Presidents we've had regardless of his age.

Too bad Biden didnt step aside and encourage a robust primary, we could be celebrating President Mark Kelly right about now.
You know what? I kinda agree with you. A dog turd may very well have beaten Trump. Alas - your party nominated seagull feces instead of a dog turd. Nobody likes that stuff splattered all over their windshield.
She will never again be the Democratic nominee for prez. I think the party will go back to a middle of the road conservative Dem male.
Huh. They might have fallen back on Tulsi Gabbard, if they hadn't shit on her so badly. LOL @ DNC!

I'm presenting metrics that show where the economy is. What you've seen anecdotally, where you choose to shop, is irrelevant to the state of the economy.

What I see with my own eyes is very affordable groceries. What I've also seen are restaurant prices going way up. I can get ground beef for $3 lb., boneless chicken breast for $2 lb., boxes of cereal for $1.49, butter for $3.50 lb. What I can't get anymore is a steak and shrimp dinner for $10.99. Restuarant prices have about doubled. Not groceries. But that's just my anecdotal "evidence," which is why I posted the data.

Hmmm...since 2019, and times before that. I do a much better job than my last ex. Ground beef fluctuates between $3 and $4 on sale. I won't pay the $5 to $6 regular price. I don't shop at Raley's or Save Mart. Everyone is worried about the Kroger merger, but Kroger out here is Smith's, and it's the cheapest large grocer in the area.

I just went shopping yesterday. Bread $2.49 loaf, milk $1.79 1/2 gal, 4 lbs. of oranges for $2, a shopping cart full of cheap groceries. That was at Smith's. I also get 50c off per gallon of gas. Now that's something I have no control over. This area is one of the highest in the nation for gas. We learn to live with it.

LOL, America voted anecdotally. America didn't give a small rat's ass about your graphs. My wife has been bitching about grocery prices, and she voted based on grocery prices. I sure as hell wasn't going to explain to her that the graphs say she's wrong about grocery prices. I married a pretty smart girl, and she can smell bullshit from a hundred yards.

So you, like so many others who think like you believe that trump went through some other deep state legal process on the way to being convicted?
I don't know if there's any bureaucracy involved in it just that there was an effort to remove him from being able to be in the election. And that's the only reason he was sued and prosecuted and shot at.
The grand jury was in on the conspiracy, the jurors, the prosecutors, the judge...all in on the let's get trump conspiracy.
Why does there have to be a conspiracy it's not the only way anything happens in your world there's a conspiracy?
Is that what you are telling us?
No nobody's ever telling you the stupid shit you make up that's stupid shit you make up.
I am still amazed to this day how so many folks like you can just disregard the things you know to be true about trump and vote for such a vile man.
That's a lie. There are real things to criticize him on. I don't need to pretend he was convicted of 9 million felony knitting without a license counts.

Isn't that exactly what he sold his voters? The Dems are both and Marxists to boot and radical and on and on.

They do. I know someone from Florida who says this.

I didn't pay much attention to groceries until I had a family of my own. And then became a single parent. The Texas grocery chain at which I shop has a great scholarship program for employees, and so when I reentered the workforce, I taught many of them who were putting themselves through school and learned a bit about end-caps and shelving precedence and price-points. I am alert to every penny increase.

And I totally get the "interruptions in the supply chain's" forcing merchants to pass at least some of their increased costs onto consumers. It's true that prices on milk remain great, but what about bread? Cereal? What about canned soup? Saltine crackers? Swiffer mopping and dusting pads? Tissue (even the store brand of Kleenex)? All those pennies do add up.

I don't think your wife is mistaken. I will say again that I don't know how families are making it. I see what's in other people's shopping carts too, and other people will comment to me on the prices while we're looking at the meats. And shaking our heads.

It's not just prices either; it's availability and lack of choices too. If you're familiar with 1984, the people have become inured to this just as they have "Eastasia has always been at war with Oceania," followed by "Eurasia has always been at war with Oceania," and this is accepted. I don't think it should be, not if "That's just the way it is" denies other options.

And that moderate corporate Democrat male will lose. Or barely win, just like Biden did.

There was nothing wrong with Harris the candidate, other than being a member of the corrupt Democratic Party that is now owned by corporate donors, just like the Republicans.

Bernie Sanders was correct in 2016 and he is even more correct now.

‘Democrat’ male spoken as a true Limbaugh and maga acolyte .

The electoral college has spoken, what were the vote totals? Did trump win by twenty million votes? The American people just displayed how stupid they are. I can't wait to hear the tunes y'all are singing in two years.

You can’t BS about grocery prices, when everyone else buys their own groceries.

You do, huh? And what is that?

Maybe you should go take your afternoon nap.
You used the term ‘Democrat’ as an adjective like trumpistani magas do, maga guy.
Telling someone to take a nap is just another of your many cheap shots in this thread.

Dude, it was a simple mistake. Relax. Pretty dumb to get so upset about a missing "ic".

What other "cheap shots" are you referring to?
