German national with U.S. green card detained at ICE facility, family says

I'm being dead serious. The story as told by the mother doesn't sit well with me. This inparticular ". She said he was placed on a mat in a bright room with other people at the airport, with little food or water, suffered sleep deprivation, and was denied access to his medication for anxiety and depression." What other people? Were multiple people detained?
It has been reported by others similarly detained.
It may all be true but , based on the article in the first thread, I'm not ready to buy into. Perhaps the court hearing will produce more info.
Unless the court is stonewalled.

I'm not going to waste any more time trying to justify my healthy skepticism regarding some of the reporting around this incident. I'm quite certain he was detained but the circumstances seem unclear to me. Nothing anymore complicated than that. I'm as anti this Administration and their tactics as anyone but I refuse to become like the Trumpers I critize openly and often for buying whatever appeals to their political biases without questioning. This one just isn't adding up for me.....yet.
Yeah, I think there is more to this story than is being told

I'm just wondering if the administration withholding information about their deportations has given you a healthy skepticism of their actions.
I am always skeptical of their actions....well more that skeptical downright appalled.
Healthy skepticism is a good thing. It's a stance I also follow as best I can. I'm just balancing various reports that have (to the extent possible) been verified by various news outlets against an administration, and agency, that promotes falsehood as a policy goal.
