Makes me wonder how many anti-gunners are just projecting. They know that deep down they don't trust themselves to be armed, given their own murderous tendencies, and they conclude from this self-awareness that everyone also harbors these same tendencies.

For starters, the desire to live in a society where crazies can’t get guns, where I don’t have to worry about getting shot for arguing that Willie Mays was the best ever, where cops don’t point their guns at me cause they assume I am packing. The list goes on.
Europe has fewer guns and fewer gun deaths. Go figure.

Just don’t want to have guns kept from people who are criminally insane, require proper handling, keep away from kids, etc., all the things that are normal in some other countries just as free as us and more safe. I don't think its either. I think its because they don't like how gun owners vote or how the NRA supports conservatives.

Guns around kids is fine with proper supervision. These ridiculous blanket statements are unsubstantiated. Usual when a child mishandles a firearm, it's due to poor supervision.

The cops in my case didnt identify themselves and three pointed guns at me. I almost floored it to be to where a uniformed cop was standing, except my partner said not to. The dickheads were the cops in this case, but they apologized.
Gee, how could we handle that: fining patents for poor supervision. Keep repeating, we anti-gun nuts don’t want to take your gun away, just have things well-regulated.
