What law is "clear you can not take depositions?"
What law is "clear you can not take depositions?"
There was no reason for Crump to lawyer up. His doing so is suspicious.
Yes it is suspicious. Is it now?
Think again. His initial agreement/understanding to take a deposition was in regards to the How, when, where, etc of the recording/recorder. This is what the judge and defense agreed upon in court.
Can be if it covers what is requested, which is highly unlikely.Benjamin Crump provided an affidavit, which can be used in place of a deposition.
No that isn't exactly so.The defense changed course, wanting to deposition Benjamin Crump for all purposes related trial, specifically his knowledge of the case, going far beyond the initial agreement/understanding.
No they wouldn't.You, I, anyone else here in America WOULD IN FACT lawyer up in this situation.
:dohJust because George Zimmerman is your God does not mean the rest of us have to worship him and forget things like protecting our rights and following the law.
Oy vey!George Zimmerman Hearing Feb. 5 - Pt. 4 DENIED!! - YouTubeWhat law is "clear you can not take depositions?"
At the 5:17 mark.
They would do what Zimmerman has done and cooperate without lawyering up.
"... so he was essentially acting in the role of the state, and the law is very clear with regard to Prosecutors, you can not take their depositions."
His lawyer is trying to twist the facts.
He wasn't essentially doing anything but trying to spin a yarn.
What the lawyer states doesn't apply to Crump as he is not a Prosecutor.
Nor does the law say if one is acting on their own in the capacity of Prosecutor interviewing witnesses. :doh
Wait, you mean Crump is not the attorney general? Geeze. I'm shocked... If you can't trust a lawyer who can you trust?
No one ever said he was. Stop trying to spin things for your obvious biased agenda.
He was acting in the capacity of Prosecutor. Get your facts straight.

What's next for George Zimmerman's case?
Our legal expert says a self-defense immunity hearing will come before a trial in June.
“It’s going to be a mini trial with the Stand Your Ground hearing. And you can expect one. And you expect one to be lost by the defense,” said Nejame.
During that hearing, it’s likely that Zimmerman will take the stand, and Nejame said that’s a prosecutor’s dream.
That could be a nightmare for the defense. Zimmerman will have to make more statements, all compared to previous ones.
“My biggest criticism of the way this case has played out from the defense perspective so far is that Mr. Zimmerman stated some things in a bond hearing and stated some things on national TV and made statements,” Nejame told News 13.
The prosecution will line up all of Zimmerman’s statements to look for inconsistencies.
For a case relying on the word of George Zimmerman in relation to what happened the night Trayvon Martin was shot and killed, honesty will mean everything.

Which is why Zimmerman will walk...
Oh looky here.Into his cell?
Oh looky here.
Another thing that you do not seem to understand.
Go figure, huh?
"Walk" as used in context means, "is set free", which has absolutely noting to do with a cell, as it is opposite.
