Gays Have Become Big Bullies

I'm sorry you're afraid of everything.
I'm glad to hear you would love to pay to see priests, preachers and rabbis in pre-movie commercials tell you how to think.

Just ignore it like all of the other commercials. You're not the target audience.

We should force the baker to sell something he doesn't want to sell.
While we are at it, we should force owners of Muslim book stores to sell porn and Bibles.
Do you understand what an analogy is? A bakery actually sells cakes. They wouldn't even sell pre made ones to gay couples. On the other hand if a Muslim bookstore didn't sell porn or bibles and was forced to do so that would be completely different. I now see why you think everyone is calling you stupid.

Next time I buy my ticket I'll ask for a remote control with a mute button.

Wow, 12 responses and they all think Roger Duke is stupid. I'm so shocked.
Let's try this. Imagine you go to a movie tomorrow and see 9 commercials advertising products and 3 that didn't . The 3 that didn't were:
1) One with quotes from the Koran claiming homosexuality was a sin.
2) One with quotes from the Bible claiming homosexuality was a sin.
3) One from politicians claiming homosexuality is a cancer.
I wouldn't come running to DP like a scared little child...

But I'd not be offended either. Advertisements aren't meant to reach everyone, just certain target audiences. It appears you were not in the market segment the LGBTQ advertisers (assuming they really were) were looking for.

You seriously wouldn't mind paying money to be preached to? Would it depend on which religion it was? Would you be happy with an pro-life commercial that explained the process for a full term abortion? How about a spot explaining why everybody should own an assault rifle?

But these weren't advertisements. They were instructions, telling everyone how to think, act and feel.

The gay was being shoved down his throat, in a movie theater
Feel free to jump in any time with a serious response. Would you be happy paying money to have religion crammed down yours?

You know who I think is a big bully?

The Colace company.

How many times am I going to have to listen to their catchy little tune about constipation.

I even found myself singing it the car yesterday.......almost punched myself in the head.

I feel bullied.

Leave me alone!

It wasn't very long ago that gays complained about bullying but now that they have the woke upper hand, they are just fine being the bullies.
I have other examples coming in future posts but I will start the thread with this one:
I arrived at the movies early today and sat through a dozen commercials before the previews began. The commercials were promoting products of course, but 3 of them weren't. They were promoting LGBTQ issues because every month is gay pride month. There were no commercials promoting religion, the pro-life movement or the Second Amendment. There were none promoting atheism, the pro-choice movement or more restrictive gun laws.
Why is that? The answer is easy. It's because nobody on either side wants that stuff crammed down their throats when they just paid to be entertained. Nobody wants to pay money to have someone tell them how to feel, think, talk and act. In fact, I've never seen a pre-movie commercial with those 6 other things I listed.
So, how are gays getting away with it? Because they are bullies. As the classic book Animal Farm proves, if a group of living things has an opening to be bullies, they will take it.
you sound like a victim.

Really? Where besides church.

I see Epoch Times news papers, lots of thoughts and prayers when something goes wrong. The majority of American politicians bring up God all the time.

You have coaches having team prayers that are optional in name only

That's bullying because you're telling people to dislike someone for something that is out of their control and not harming them. Not to mention the fact that the Bible isn't actually clear on the stance on homosexuality when you look at the original language and culture of the time.

Good point. I remember chuckling at my mother being offended by this one

You paid to see the movie. Advertisers pay for you to see their ads. If you can't ignore them, don't show up so early.
