Shows the timeline, and miracle upon miracles, the previous position of “Foreign adversaries did not use cyberattacks on election infrastructure to alter the US Presidential election outcome” changed “based on some new guidance.” to Russia used “cyber means” to influence “the outcome of the election.”
Is there evidence or support that the Russian meddling in this election, as they have since before the onset of the Cold War, was the greatest extent of their meddling in all other elections? Show your work.
This a suspect accusation. It flies in the face of physics, and the reality of Internet connection speeds possible and commercially available then.
