A very disjointed response and mixed messages over and over. He has trouble
remembering that we had a COVID vaccine before he was inaugurated.
1 million COVID vaccines goal per day was reached before before Biden took office.

1.3 million shots were administered on Jan. 11 and that 1.1 million were given both Jan. 14 and 16.
