"Facilitating" is simply a biased term in that use.


The Antifa we knew is dead.
Antifa is a decentralized and disorganized splinter of buddies dispersed with zero central leadership. Antifa is no longer an organization, or whatever you want to call it.


Antifa . They were smart enough to avoid J6, they just stayed home. So the inaction of the organization was its last action. They won by lying on the couch!

The related but different question about trump particularly is about motive:


The article has a weird idea of 'false flag' as someone posted above. And it remains that what the emergency claimed is imaginary.

There is no emergency. The NG is in cities with the false pretense that there's a problem that the ICE can solve.
 
Trump wants a violent incident so he can tighten the noose. He wants to be able to declare martial law in Democrat run States and Cities.

Just like the DOJ “needs” qualified lawyers but got rid of the non-Trumpist ones anyways and filled the spaces with toadies. They don’t care if it makes the military ineffective at fighting wars. They want the military to be used as police.

Defend it from what? Nobody is going to invade or attack America. He doesn’t care if our allies get attacked. He only cares about loyalists protecting his regime.

Remember this is the same administration that turned a handful of tech executives into Lt. Colonels. Were those executives qualified to be field grade officers? No. But Trump did it anyways.

The reason nobody is about to attack America is because of our military. If Trump destroys that we become vulnerable.

It's a good deterrent, but not complete.

It reminds me of a time after WWII, when it was thought that we no longer even needed a Navy. The Air Force was so full of itself it was thought that surface vessels had become obsolete. Yes, there really was that view. No, it was not limited. Ridiculous as it was, it was eventually over ridden.

Defending America doesn't require a Navy. Power projection does. We could have just a coast guard and no one would be attacking or invading us.

Even with MAGA morons in charge the USA will still have the most powerful military in the world. Who would take that on and why just because there is a temporary reduction in the quality of leadership.

I mean, this is obvious. I have been saying that Trump's true goal is to use the Insurrection Act. He wants to take control of "blue" cities as it will be easier to **** with elections if he can control those large populace areas. Also, he ****ing hates people dissenting against him. Martial law will help him accomplish much of what he wants. He has ICE doing excessively aggressive raids and putting troops into cities because he wants to cause a problem. A problem that he can then use as an excuse to use the Insurrection Act and get him closer to full martial law.
