Re: Former Ferguson Cop Darren Wilson opens up about his life in seclusion
Spare us the bull****. Brown was justifiably killed by an officer of the law. This crap us getting to tinfoil hattery levels.
1. The bar is very high to prosecute a federal hate crime. There has to be evidence that Wilson planned to deprive Brown of his civil rights and that he new that it was wrong but he did it anyway.
AS far as a local matter.. there is plenty of evidence for conviction on a variety of charges including the possibility of manslaughter.
2. What did the Grand jury get wrong? the facts. Which is a little hard to blame them honestly since folks that WERE NOT EVEN PRESENT during the shooting were allowed to testify as eye witnesses.
Its highly unusual for a DA to take something to grand jury and allow testimony from witnesses that weren't even THERE.
You understand that the evidence is largely available to the public and the especially the evidence which is undisputed that Wilson was a trained police officer.. facing a wounded and unarmed man.. several feet away..
