Gen Kelly just gave us his take on Monster Vlad. Kelly acknowledged some of Putin's "um" noticeable characteristics and then went on to say "I can not imagine anybody considering what he is doing now anything but a criminal act".

And that is what you ultimately understand about Mafia Donald Trump. Donnie considers criminal acts "genius". Its not harder to figure Donnie out than that.
