Forced Teaming is when a variety of people with varying interests are disingenuously pushed onto the same side.
A classic example is a woman who gets locked out of her apartment. A stalker approaches her claiming to also be locked out of his apartment and suggests they walk to the main office together. The two people in this example appear to have a mutual goal of walking to the main office together when in reality their interests are quite at odds with each other.
The left has recently started a trend of forced teaming.
The left will slot you into a group claiming you are on the same side as everyone else in that group. The left will then combine that entire group together with another group claiming everyone is on the same side.
In reality, every group has diverse individual members who may or may not agree with others in their group and who may or may not agree with others in a different group that they've also been enmeshed with.
Step one is to doll out the labels.
Step two is to mash these labels together.
You cannot be Hispanic and pro-life.
You cannot be black and want a police department to patrol your neighborhood.
You cannot be gay and value traditional masculinity.
You cannot be against a new war but for vaccine mandates.
You cannot be for immigration but against illegal immigration.
You cannot support black owned businesses but also want those businesses to choose whether or not they enforce vaccine passports.
You cannot be a woman who wants to own a gun for personal protection.
Specifically, a number of black citizens sued the city of Minneapolis for not staffing the police department with an adequate number of police officers.
Additionally, a Hispanic Cuban immigrant will often reject communism.
Meanwhile, political groups that are not on the left, will often reject forced teaming. Some have joked that trying to organize libertarian individuals is like herding cats. Pro-life groups resist organizing with pro-2nd amendment groups for example and both resist attaching themselves to any one political party.
