The judge goes on to say this, " Humetewa didn’t even bother to hold a hearing on the merits of the case, noting the lack of evidence."....this is her opinion, but refused the evidence to actually be heard. Another judge refusing the witnesses their day in court....same ole, same ole. It's looking like many of the complaints didn't mark the exact time, place, or offer names of the workers who violated the rules in the election process for the judges to hear the evidence, never actually interviewing the persons behind the sworn affidavits, so they are using this as their excuse.

Who knows.....another election, that hopefully will not be such a crock as this one.....which is why it's important to keep our election process intact. Preventing another debacle of mail in ballots, no ballot harvesters, ceasing officials other than the state legislatures to change rules in the voting process, maybe time to update the poll rolls in states, keeping them up to date, not having states receiving more ballots back than they actually mailed out.....just for starters.
