Is this an attempt to make Snowflake's racism poll look better?
It is a real question.

I see no connection here to Snowflake and racism.

As there is a poll for Mother's Day, I just thought there should be one for Father's Day as well.

@ about the German Father's Day:

Both Fathers Day and Mothers Day are wonderful traditions. It gives all of us a chance to stop for a moment and say thanks to those to whom we owe so much but most special is the little ones who are so excited to give those presents they made at school.....I wonder just how many millions of plaster casts of hands have been made!!!!!

As an aside ., my 5 year old grandson was so funny this past Mother's Day. He couldn't quite understand why his Mommy was giving me a gift for Mother's Day. My daughter said to him......."It's because Nana is my mommy" He paused and then said ....."no she isnt she is too old to be a Mommy" .......where is Art Linkletter when you need him!

I think that Father's Day should be as important as Mother's Day.

A child that has both a good mother and a good father is lucky, indeed.

Of course, there is something very special about Mother.

But we should also honor Father for his important role in bringing up well-developed children.

So on June 18, everyone who is lucky enough to have his/her father still living should honor him in some way (a card, a special dinner, etc.).
