Do you consider yourself a religious person? A good Christian, or whatever God you worship?

I suppose I'm a Trump supporter as opposed to a Trump opposer, but I'd much rather vote for someone like Ron Paul, Justin Amash, or Thomas Massie over Donald Trump for POTUS.

I was raised Roman Catholic, but I'm not a practicing Catholic or even religious individual at all. I don't even consider myself atheist, because to me being atheist is just as religious as being a religious believer. I also don't consider myself agnostic (or gnostic) either, because that implies that things are well defined & my issue with religion is that things aren't well defined. The reason I consider religion to not be well defined is because I'm a science-oriented individual.

If you want to claim that there are these microscopic single-cell organisms called amoebas that exist, then show me these amoebas; when someone plops a microscope with a slide with a drop of pond water for me to see for myself what an amoeba is, what a single-cell organism is, then I know there's something there & what those descriptions are referring to. Same with planets in the solar system and a telescope.

When it comes to evolution vs creationism, the scientists have evidence of evolution to offer in the form of things like the fossil record; on the other hand, the creationists have a religious book that they thump as their "evidence" & that simply doesn't do it for me.
 
Then why do most Trumpers believe in conspiracies ???

Some of history's great scientific minds were very faithful Christians, BYW
 
I wouldn't vote for Trump if you paid me. That said, Democrats have swallowed the kook-left kool-aid and I wouldn't vote for them to run a popsicle stand.

Shocker, that. It’s hard to reconcile being a Trump fan and living a Christ-like life.

I just wondered if anyone would vote, even anonymously. Not getting any takers even anonymously.

Well - I dunno. I’m a God-fearing woman and don’t see that changing, but I prove it by my works. I don’t run around waving a flag, telling everybody what a big Christian I am on Sunday morning, after treating everyone like shit all week. I just try to be a good person. Sometimes I fall short. In fact, often, I fall short. But I get back up and try again.
 
I am not MAGA or any of the other categories in the title, but I was raised staunch atheist (and my parents still are), but I ended up a being called to Christianity (and my brother is a youth minister at a prominent Atlanta area city church (even though I personally wouldn't go there as they suffer from typical mega church self created problems (they seem to be an honest and sincere church though and not just a social club at least))).
 
Since the god fearing republicans won't respond, I will. I have a problem right off the bat with the word worship. There is zero proof a god exists but I'm supposed to worship this invisible entity? Even after ten years of catholic school 'grooming' I believe none of the bible or god stuff. Religion to me is just another method to control people. I prefer to refer to myself as spiritual. Treat others as you wish to be treated, be honest, be kind. Nothing difficult about it.
 
Not religious. In many ways, religion is a scourge inflicted upon the collective human psych.

a. As a violence survivor (so far), I have no choice. Dems are apologists for predators.

2. No, I am not "religious." The horrors of this life prove, in my opinion, there is no "God."

a. Nevertheless, I am an agnostic. I hope there is. And I often "pray" for help or at least the strength to endure this vale of tears. I am now 85, so ...

I don't have any choice.

If I voted for a Dem, that would be an insult to the thousands of violence victims who have been traumatized for life (or are in their graves).

All of the woke prosecutors are Dems.

Dems label as "racist" anyone who wants to crack down on predators.

Dems are the ones who pass laws that allow predators to roam around -- often hours after having been apprehended!
