So Premier League table is starting to take shape and it's looking like it's gonna be a very tight race, I don't think Liverpool will win it again this year and if they do it'll be a bit more nailbity than last years blowout.

Everyone was talking about Everton being a rising star and maybe Ancelotti had made a top team overnight... Yeah seems to be fizzled out.

Man City seems to be struggling a bit, Manchester United have very bad days and decent days but are also struggling, Arsenal are just... All over the place and Chelsea are so so, making progress, I don't know if Lampard is the right man for the job still, but Tottenham.

Tottenham, Tottenham, Tottenham, do they have the bottle this year to go all the way?

I don't know, but Son and Kane are absolutely phenomenal, I Have to say I Think Son is just one of my favorite players these last couple of years.

You know who else I like, it's a weird one but everytime I see him play I just love it, Adama Traore, ****ing beast of a player.

What's your guys take?

? What's my take? My take is you're not talking about Football. Football is what I'm watching right now on TV where the New Jersey Jets are looking to go 0 -11 on the season so far.

😜

Soccer isn't football.

It's a bunch of daisy's running around in shorts and flopping.

They may be daisy´s in shorts, but at least they are playing with their feet and not taking a break every 5 seconds.

😜

It's 0 - 12 now, managing to lose the lead in a game they had one to an easy touchdown with literally no time left on the clock.
Like nothing you'd ever see in soccer.

******s & flopping isn't football.

It's soccer.

You mean like Gridiron, where the players put on padding all over the body? And you are calling football players ******s... only padding they have is shin pads.

Soccer is for ******s and flop artists.

The most boring and pathetic game on earth.

Anyway, now that some of you have got that off your chests.

After Arsenals defeat at the hands of Burnley some are calling for Arteta to be gone.

I mean come on, I see so many Arsenal fans just... So short sighted.

It's so obvious it's a massive problem with the players, a cancer that has become endemic to the team and unless you rip it out, root and stem it's gonna keep festering.

I mean holy moly, Xhaka... Just no place on that squad and what Elneny did was just embarrassing.

Now to be fair, there is some blame for the manager, if he's lost control of his players and the dressing room... But Arsenal need a total rebuild,. Xhaka, Ozel and Luiz need to go first and then start sorting out the others.

Sorry but he did not lose control... he never had it. The problem is that is largely still Wengers team and there has been no money to do a clear out of the dead wood. Instead they have invested in players like Xhaka and Luiz which any idiot could see would be a fail. Add to that, poor players that Wenger invested in and you have a team that is now in real danger of a relegation fight. I mean most of the defensive players are and always have been piss poor. Belerin was a rising star, but is now more a freaking model than a football player. Sokratis was a WTF buy, not to mention Mustafi.

It is ultimately the owner that is to blame, as he is doing a "Glazer" by using Arsenal as a money printing machine instead of investing the money that they make. The excuse is of course the "new" stadium which is now 14 years old and cost only 390 million back in the day. That should have been paid off long ago.

Ah yeah Mustafi.

Gods gift to the game.

This season is interesting overall.

Gardiola is an interesting one and a lot of people are now saying when you look at his career, he’s never had to rebuild a team, he was handed some of the best teams in European history at Barcelona, at Bayern and now he’s in a real fight for it. (He has just lost his mom, maybe it’s doing something to him)

I still don’t know about Mourinho at Spurs, was an interesting matchup and this weekend is Liverpool Sours, we’ll see what’s up there.

Poor Sheffield United, almost touched European football and now one of the worst runs of form of any team ever, 1 point from 36, crazy shit.

Well Guardiola has never really built a team, unless you count the best ever ... FC Barcelona from 2008 to 2012. He got rid of one of the best players in the world at the time, aka Ronaldino and one of the best midfielders in Deco. He focused the team around Messi, Xavi and Iniesta and brought in David Villa and Mascherano, plus Henry of course. The 2009-11 team was and still is the best football team ever to play the game by far.

Of course he took over teams at Bayern and City that were premade with superstars and either were near the top or champions. Now he has to rebuild and he is doing that, but English football does not allow much time to do that and considering Brexit, being the lesser of the 2 Manchester teams and other factors, it is hard to attract the real big talents and players.

The problem at City is that it is not one or two players he has to replace, it is basically the whole bloody team. When he took over at Barca, it was basically one attacker and one midfielder (key players both) he got rid off, and the rest of the team was still young. In City, his key defensive midfield is ancient, his defenders are either problematic to say the least, and his main forward is constantly injured and getting up there in age. He does have have somewhat good wingers and offensive midfielders but not much depth... it is a tricky situation that happen to all teams... look at Barca at the moment.

But Mourinho has also never really built a team other than Porto. In fact Mourinho has a very poor record of buying players and ruining teams. He basically swoops in, wins something the first year or two and the team basically falls apart. He does not play talent.. at least up to Tottenham.. seems he is doing it now but for how long? The amount of talent that was wasted by Mourinho at Cheaelski was massive.

Oh my lord.

And West Brom brings in Sam Allardyce...

But hey, who knows, Hodgson has kept Crystal Palace afloat so, anything’s possible.

Big Sam is the "fixer". Great at keeping teams up but limited past that.

Close thing right now but as much as it pains me to say this I can't see past Liverpool right now. They are missing a key part of their team, playing some scrappy football but despite this they are 3 point ahead at the top. Great teams find a way to win even when they are not at their best.

Really hoping Everton can grab one of these top 4 spots though!

It is however a game in which you predominately use your feet to kick a ball hence Football......Not to mention it predates American Football.

If Arsenal doesn't do a complete U Turn quickly, Arteta is gone, 2 weeks at most, maybe Sunday or Monday morning.

The thing is though, who in their right mind would want to go to Arsenal?

You look at what happened with Emery, Arteta, the Board and the players and you'd have to be ABSOLUTELY Mental to want or take that job.

That dressing room is probably one of the most dysfunctional in the League given the kind of players they have in there.

Not to mention they have some of the worst fans in the league my god, some of the most fickle, toxic and abusive fans you'll find anywhere, every fan base of every team has it to various extents but Arsenal, with the help of some of the YouTube fan channels, it's bad man.

Gardiola seems to be getting some gusto out of his players again.

Liverpool at Palace, what a pleasure to watch, The Press Iron Hot.

Rogers keeping Liecester in the fight, good to see,

Wenger looking better and better as the years go on.

I'm not sure.

I think it's just mismanagement all the way to the top, Recruiting is a disaster, I Mean seriously, David Luiz... In 2019... The linchpin of your defense?

My god.

The Board and the Owners aren't really willing to back the managers and properly invest in the club and that legacy of Wenger in the early 2000's is just that, I Think Arsenal Fans simply need to face facts that they are not a big club anymore... Because those in charge simply don't want it to be.

I think it says a lot though that Wenger kept them in and around the top 4 for years especially 2010-18 when it was clear the club was no longer competing financially anymore.

Everton vs Chelsea off due to Covid and United closed their training ground. Given this surge i wouldn’t be shocked if they paused the season.
