The reason that there is no precedent for a "judge" (using the term loosely) operating as both prosecutor and judge is that such an abomination is anathema to the very concept of legitimate and impartial justice.

Bringing in Gleeson to offer an amicus curiae brief arguing against a prosecution motion to dismiss is laughable and has no place in legitimate jurisprudence. But then NOTHING about the persecution of Gen. Flynn or the conduct of the Obama treason train has any connection to ethical application of civilized law. With Sullivan we are seeing the dissolution of American jurisprudence. Sullivan should be disbarred and impeached. He is a disgrace to the legal profession.
