Florida Supreme Court clears the way for pro-choice ballot initiative to enshrine abortion rights in state constitution

Some bad news for babies in the womb and for Christians who value the sanctity of life. When are abortionists going to recognize it is not just the women's body and somebody has to stand up for the babies. There are two lives involved. Like the law that prevents a person from selling their own body parts for money the government sets restrictions on bodily automony. This isn't their body that is at risks in 99% of the cases. Inconvenience seems to be what drives the left.
If you truly cared, you wouldn't be attempting to outlaw abortion, but rather reducing the need for abortion.

Do you support comprehensive sex education taught throughout the US public schools and starting early enough so that it can be taught multiple times, teaching as many as we can about sex and ways to protect themselves? What about paid parental leave, guaranteed? Universal healthcare? Family support services, including child care and looking at laws that would restrict families being able to live together? Encouraging different family types so that there are many options?

Florida voters could be wasting their time protecting abortion at the state level if they elect Republicans supporting a national ban.

100% this. Some are pro life only for what happens in the womb, once outside of it they get all "BOOT STRAPS!!".

It seems an endorsement for Trump is an endorsement for restricting women's rights and autonomy.

Indeed.

Trump needs to be out of government but safely tucked away in a government run prison facility.

1. Embryos, zygotes, and fetuses aren’t “babies” anymore than this

is an “automobile”.

And if they were “babies”, they’d be formally referred to and recognized by the medical, scientific, and legal communities as such.

2. Lots of Republicans and Independents support abortion rights.

True, but after enough vote supporting abortion rights, they'll eventually have no choice but to accept it.
Unlikely.
Almost 50 years of Roe v. Wade was not enough to stop abortion opponents. They are relentless and will continue until smacked down by a comprehensive Federal law prohibiting abortion along with civil and criminal sanctions for interfering with a woman's right to choose that is upheld by SCOTUS.

So far, the USA does not have a state religion, so your particular religious bias should have no role in the political process.
Living tissue from humans is not equivalent to personhood.

When are abortionists going to recognize it is not just the women's body and somebody has to stand up for the babies.
How would you feel if women decided to regulate your access to medical procedures on your reproductive organs?
There are two lives involved.
A pregnant women is not two people. She is a pregnant woman. The new life begins at parturition.
Like the law that prevents a person from selling their own body parts for money the government sets restrictions on bodily automony.
The law is not about decisions over body parts as people can willingly donate organs. The issue is compensation for the act.
So, I suggest that no woman should be paid for being pregnant. Satisfied?

No one should impose their dogmatic religious values on others. Let all women seek and obtain whatever medical care they need.

Stop treating women unfairly to indulge your personal belief systems that must certainly derive from misplaced Christian views of female subservience to male superiority.
