A Texas pig farmer just learns that Muslims trying to build a mosque had purchased the land next to his farm.

The new Muslim landowner actually asked him to leave. Craig Baker, owns a pig farm, the Muslim community hates pigs. In an effort to “cleanse” the land, the Muslim landowner asked Baker to move out.

Baker instead decided to fight back. Baker started holding pig races every Friday at the same time Muslims are supposed to be saying their afternoon prayer.

Can u here the outcry if a Baptist Church demanded ANYONE move? They would still be talking about it on MSNBC

Today's media is so hating on Trump, they would have missed 911!

The Muslims have to understand that Allah's rules stop at the property line. And the pig farm doesn't need to rub it in.

This is from more than a decade ago. NBC's article disputes whether they asked him to move out.

The MSM did miss 9-11. 15 or 16 Saudis and three others. The file was locked up.

Why not? If it were me I'd get a para mutual license and take bets. Muslims don't believe in gambling either.

And how many times over the years when the city moves out to the country does the city demand the country-folk change their ways happens again and again. Trying to demonize Muslims when everybody else does the same damn thing is dishonest

Meanwhile ....Muslims are working at JBS USA meat packing company...processing and packaging pork for American consumption.

I'm not demonizing Muslims. I'm putting my property to its highest and best use. It's my property.

It seems to me in this case, if the story is true, it is the Muslims that are asking others to cater to their desires.

If the story is true.

If this video is over a decade old and the issue resolved....why is it suddenly news again?

Hey! Some of my best friends are pigs!

Does Westboro Baptist Church ring a bell?

Almost everything in your post is wrong. Baker owned a granite and marble countertop business next door to the mosque site. He claimed at a town meeting that he was asked if he would move his business. The mosque owners denied they had done so, and Baker got upset that some one disputed his unsupported claim. So to be a douche, he started doing pig races. The Muslim community, being smarter than him, simply apologized, and now they all get along. The mosque has since opened and is a big success.

Helps to check your facts. You won't look so foolish that way. Took me 30 seconds on my phone to get the link above...

I dont doubt the story at all. I question it when it points out something that other people commonly do.

I see signs on farmland around here to the effect of this "this property is agricultural, as such there may be smells and sounds associated with agricultural production, anyone considering purchasing adjacent lands should take this into consideration".

Evidently, Yankees come down here and buy up land and then complain about the above, never stopping to think that they bought land zoned Ag, and that these farms were doing business here since before they were born.

Ironically, it was not a farm the mosque allegedly asked to move, but a countertop store.

Why, what was their beef? Were they not aware of the offending activity before purchasing said land?

Regardless of the scenario, buying property knowing what lawfull activities occur, buying anyway, then complaining and expecting others to accommodate you by moving, is just silly.

I do not know why they asked, nor what was asked, or even if anything actually was asked. Only one person claimed they asked something, and he lacked any evidence.
