Five once-average schools remade into the worst in Florida.

Maybe a solution to these rough schools is ex Iraq and Afghan war vets as teachers? When I went to school in the 1950's and early 60's, the was a good percentage of teachers that were WW2 and Korean War vets.
Made the tough kids think twice about starting trouble.
