First suicide pod use 'soon' in Switzerland

I knew what you were getting at, and the song actually came to mind as I typed about short people.
Though been a long time since I've heard, so couldn't hardly remember how it goes. But that voice, no forgetting that!

Oh, and I wasn't referring to you when I said I seem to be speaking Chinese. ;)

True. But if you're diagnosed with it, knowing it's just going to get worse, a suicide pod would be a nice thing to have handy. Quickly.
I think most people would not want to end their lives while they're functioning ok. By the time they're not functioning ok, it's do late for them to do something about it.

Very true. Though I know if I was diagnosed, I'd be watching myself very very closely.

lol, yeah, my dad died of it and he wouldn't have known how to use the pod.
In Canada a dementia patient is unable to give informed consent for the procedure.

But advance directives are available that allows my instructions to be carried out in the event I'm unable to give consent at a future date.

That would include something like an ABI, stroke or dementia.

With dementia, you could be in fine, physical shape. I don't think anyone is going to shove you in the pod.

Yup. In Canada a person with dementia who has an advanced directive in place is still able to back out at any point.

There is the far left for you.
This is called freedom of choice. It's just a polite way to go about it. You really can't stop someone from doing this. Just make it safer and humane.

On the flip side your comment is the far right trying to control people..just can't stop at women huh?
