You're pretty much missing the point. The genders have different strengths and weakness and approach the world in different ways. Trying to make society essentially genderless isn't a helpful approach to society.
People have different strengths and weaknesses and approach the world in different ways.
Differences within genders far outweigh any generalized differences between them. There are many women better than many men at typically 'manly' things and there are many men better than many woman at typically 'womanly' things.
